Return Policy for Damaged/Defective Goods
All our products are manufactured in Germany to the highest quality standards before being exported worldwide.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact email@example.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request to return it for a full refund or exchange.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if the product has been opened and/or used.
All returned products must remain in their original purchased condition, unopened or otherwise not defaced. The product and accompanying packaging must be retained and not disposed of.
Cost of return will be borne by the buyer.
Once the item has been returned to us, you can typically expect a refund via the original method of payment within fifteen working days.
Defective or damaged items must be reported within two days of receipt.
All sales are final.
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified or otherwise changed, and the amount paid will not be refunded.
No refund requests due to change of mind situation or failure to apply discount codes will be entertained.
For returns, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, typically within 15 working days.
