All our products are manufactured in Germany to the highest quality standards, before being exported worldwide.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request to return it for a full refund or exchange within seven working days.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if the product has been opened and/or used.
Once the item has been returned to us, you can typically expect a refund via the original method of payment within five working days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Defective or damaged orders must be reported within two days of receipt.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
