How long will it take me to receive my order?
We ship all orders within two working days. As such, you will usually receive your order within three to five working days if you are residing in Singapore, and up to fourteen working days if you are residing outside of Singapore.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. In such cases we ask for your understanding as this is also beyond our personal control.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
You don’t need to – you can purchase our products without creating an account. However, creating an account has benefits, such as earning reward points, easily checking your order history and tracking status, and re-purchasing previous purchases. Also, we will be sending out regular promotions to account-holders only!
How do I track the status of my order?
If you have created an account, simply login and you will be able to view and track your orders from the account page. If you do not have an account, look for our email advising you that your item has been shipped, and there will be a tracking number included. This email is usually sent within two working days of your purchase.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently deliver to customers residing in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. Please use the country button at the top right of this page to view product prices in their respective countries currencies.
If we do not currently ship to your country, please get in touch with us and let us know your interest via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to extend our store coverage.
What is the return policy?
All our products are manufactured in Germany to the highest quality standards, before being exported worldwide. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request to return it for a full refund or exchange within seven working days. For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if the product has been opened and/or used. Once the item has been returned to us, you can typically expect a refund via the original method of payment within five working days.
I accidentally entered the wrong shipping details, can I change it?
Please get in touch with us immediately. If we have not yet shipped the item, we will be able to change it for you.
